Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program (ERIP)

ERIP Program Documentation is available at the Every Killowatt Counts website at: http://business.everykilowattcounts.com/feature/ERIP/forms.php. Here you can find Project Application Forms, Project Guidelines, Worksheets and Qualifying Lists for the program.

About the Program

The OPA, in cooperation with Ottawa River Power Corporation (ORPC), is assisting Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Agricultural customers to conserve energy.

The Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program appreciates that, when a business is making choices between different equipment options, the desired choice is for the most efficient solution; however, for financing or timing reasons, other choices may be made. We would like to influence the decision in favour of the most electricity efficient choices. The Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program focuses on the areas of lighting, motors, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and the overall electrical system.

Timelines

This is a limited time offer and applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • Project application deadline is December 31, 2010.
