Chiropractic Care & Active Release Technique
Dr. Elizabeth Radley-Walters obtained her degree in Kinesiology prior to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. She is a certified provider of Active Release Technique, commonly known as A.R.T. This is a soft tissue, movement-based massage that treats muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia and nerve problems.
Dr. Radley-Walters is also proficiency rated in Activator methods, allowing for a low-force, high-speed chiropractic adjustment technique. In addition, she is trained in the Webster Technique and can adjust pregnant mothers, infants and children.
BodySculpt BootCamp
The BodySculpt BootCamp program offered at Active Chiropractic has been growing in popularity as one of the most effective women’s strength training programs.
Led by Certified Fitness Trainers, BodySculpt BootCamp uses exercise techniques aimed at developing core strength, balance, agility and flexibility. There are various levels of classes, ranging from beginner to advanced, as well as a Fit Moms BootCamp and a session for women aged 45 and older.
Massage Therapy
In 2008, Active Chiropractic welcomed Olga as the Centre’s Registered Massage Therapist. Olga worked for several years as a nurse in Russia, before training as a Registered Massage Therapist. Olga has had incredible results with patients of all ages and ailments, from infants to chronic pain sufferers.
