Inner Strength
Inner Strength Fitness Centre opened in Cobden in November 2010. We have fitness equipment in a gym setting, and we also offer bootcamp classes, personal training and Pilates classes.

OUR GOAL AT INNER STRENGTH:
Thank you for taking the time to get to know Inner Strength. Our goal is to create an environment that is healthy and fun, making fitness something that people enjoy doing on a regular basis. We have a wonderful facility that allows for a variety of workout options, and we encourage men, women and children to make a choice to build their own inner strength. We are here to help and welcome any feedback, suggestions and questions that you may wish to bring to our attention.
ABOUT INNER STRENGTH:
- We have a changeroom available and a washroom, but there are no shower facilities.
- At this time, we accept cash and cheques. There is an ATM machine at the Scotiabank down the street.
- The fitness centre and personal training are available to men, women and children.
ABOUT JODI SAUVE:
Inner Strength is owned and operated by Jodi Sauve. Jodi is a Personal Trainer Specialist with CanFit Pro, and is the main instructor for all Boot Camp classes and personal training sessions. Jodi purchased the fitness centre in November 2010. She lives in Foresters Falls with her two children, Alexa and Cameron.
