McGee Street Lift Station Upgrades
Council has recommended that this contract be awarded to Do-All Construction in the amount of $4,034,486.54 and that Contract Administration Services be awarded to Jp2g Consultants Inc. in the amount of $188,420.
Contract No. 17-5011A - McGee Street Lift Station Upgrades
The City of Pembroke is accepting tenders for McGee Street Lift Station Upgrades including new sanitary lift station, control building, generator relocation, sanitary sewer replacement/realignments (trench & directional drilling), sanitary sewer services, watermain relocation, grading, granular base, hot mix paving, asphalt gutter, concrete curb & gutter, culverts, utilities and landscaping.
Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, Ontario, until 2:00:59 PM, local time, Thursday September 21st, 2017.
Complete tender documents may be obtained from Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $250.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning at 1 pm, Tuesday, August 29th, 2017, during regular office hours.
The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten days of being awarded the contract.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
