Flynn Group missed reading some of the specifications and did not price them into their final cost.  Therefore Flynn Group of Companies cannot meet the roofing specifications and was disqualified. Awarded to Irvcon for Roof A & HVAC – 2% slope and Roof D & E – 1% slope.

County of Renfrew
Mandatory Site Meeting: May 31, 2017 at 10:30 am.
Closing: Monday, June 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time

The County of Renfrew, Bonnechere Manor is seeking Tender Quotes for the replacement of a portion of flat roof and a HVAC unit that sits on that roof at Bonnechere Manor. This is one project with the roofing contractor being the general and the HVAC contractor being the sub- contractor. There is approximately 3500 square feet of roofing in three sections and the HVAC involves replacing a 800 MBH direct fired make-up air unit with associated 16 ton condensing unit with a new 8 ton packaged indirect gas/electric DX rooftop unit.

The project timeframe is: September 5 to October 13, 2017.

A mandatory site meeting is set for May 31, 2017 at 10:30 am. Contractors interested in bidding on the tender must register for the site meeting with Dianne Johnston at djohnston@countyofrenfrew.on.ca Contract documents and requirement specifications will be available at the site meeting.
